One of the more popular requests you see searchers and site owners ask in the Google help forums is how one removes content from the Google cache that has been removed by the webmaster.

It happens often, where a webmaster will publish something then take it down but Google still has a cached copy of the elderly version. So how do you remove that elderly copy on Google?

Google has lots of details on various ways of removing content in their editorial named Remove a page or site from Google's search results Share Comment Print but sometimes it is simpler to show somebody, in lieu of telling somebody, how to do it.
